This is a assembled and tested board

Function: delay pull (about 5 seconds) DC (midpoint voltage) detection (starting voltage of about 1.5V).
Using 2MM thick substrate epoxy resin double-sided PCB, copper foil thickness 75U. Relay contacts to the speaker terminal of the copper foil is very short, and the use of double-sided overlap super wide copper wire alignment design, copper foil on both sides of the total width of 20MM! Signal channel using Japan Omron 8 feet single silver contact relay (contact current 16A), to ensure reliability! Two channels of power supply, detection, ground completely independent! (Can be separated by hand divided into two separate single board) board can be directly installed to the speaker terminal, with nuts fixed, no welding! Line support BTL power amplifier detection (protection board power supply GND and BTL power amplifier board needs to connect to the GND, only supports dual power supply BTL amplifier, single power supply BTL amplifier does not support DC detection)
