this board is base on the famous KSA100MKII circuit.we will not provide the schematic for this board. please reference the origianl KSA100MKII schematic.

Filters no less than 40000 UF per channel. each channel transformer power above 350VA.
this kit each channel using 3 pairs New original ON MJ15024/MJ15025 for parallel output. the sound is very
excellent.
before first time power on it. please Series connection one 220V light bulb between the transformer
primary. To prevent welding errors and burning board. if the light bulb keep brightsome. then please cut off the power and check the board. The normal state is light bulb first brightbrightbright and then darkens. if it is normal. then remove the light bulb.to debugging the board.

This board debugging is extremely simple, there are only two adjustable resistors 5K and 10K on the board, 5K adjustable resistor is the midpoint voltage adjustment, adjust the 5K adjustable resistor to make the "output"--"GND" voltage close 0V, 10K is responsible for adjusting the quiescent current, On board There are quiescent current test points TP1 / TP2. When adjusting the current, the digital multimeter red and black test leads are connected to the two test points. Slowly adjust the VR2 observation digital multimeter's value change, and adjust according to the size of the heat sink. The quiescent current is 50-600mA. After the debugging is completed, the heat sink temperature should not exceed 60 degrees. It is worth noting that, when adjusting the quiescent current, first heat for 10 minutes, then adjust it slowly, wait 10 minutes and measure TP1/TP2 Voltag.
According to the formula I = V / R converted current value! According to the size of the radiator, it can be adjusted to 200W class AB, or 40W pure class A!
